Brief:

Transform a long-standing, reputable 15-year-old live event into a dynamic, virtual experience to ensure continuity during lockdown, delivering an engaging social media campaign tailored for LinkedIn, YouTube, and internal audiences.

Ensure the longevity of this 20-year-recuring prestigious industry event hosted by the client, during lockdown (2020), by temporary digitizing the Awards Ceremony into an online format.

Challenge:

Develop and enhance cohesive digital branding, craft compelling scripts, design custom graphics, and curate music to elevate the virtual event experience and maintain the prestige of its 15-year legacy.

Advise on formating, hosting and organise and run the safe, distance-acceptable video capture during a lime with limited freedom to move.
