Delivered:

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) sought to showcase its innovation and leadership at the annual Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) convention, 2025. The goal was to strengthen CTM’s visibility among key stakeholders, amplify their sustainability and technology narratives, and drive engagement across social channels before, during, and after the event with such media as:

- Daily highlight edits for rapid social media deployment.

-   Hero event reel to encapsulate CTM’s presence 

-   Coordinated LinkedIn campaigns

Brief:

Create and execute a recurring global marketing campaign to amplify the company’s presence and showcase its services and technology at the annual Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) event.

The goal is to drive audience engagement through a vibrant social media strategy, leveraging dynamic content captured at the event. This includes crafting a month’s worth of pre-event teasers, real-time live coverage, and post-event highlights to tell a compelling story and maximize impact.

Challenge:

The campaign’s challenge was to deliver real-time video production, photography, and online publishing (including copywriting) multiple times daily throughout the week.

This required ensuring all messaging remained aligned and consistent with the Customer Organization’s Sales and Communications teams, while effectively implementing a proposed schedule, production plan, and publication strategy.

But making it FUN, was no challenge at all.
