Clarifying a new booking experience for a young, premium audience



Objectives
The primary objective was to create a short-form brand film that clearly demonstrated how Vacation Genie works, highlighting key moments in the booking journey without overwhelming the viewer.
The content needed to feel modern and aspirational, but grounded. No gimmicks, no overproduction. Just a confident, easy-to-digest explanation aimed at professionals under 35 who value efficiency and design-led experiences.

Our Approach
Before any editing began, we invested time in understanding the brand from the inside out.
Through multiple conversations and access to internal product demos, we worked closely with the Vacation Genie team to define:
• brand voice and tone
• must-have moments within the booking flow
•elements that should remain unseen or understated
• the balance between education and restraint
This collaborative groundwork shaped every creative decision that followed and ensured the final film felt true to the product and its audience.

Execution & Creativity
Our role focused entirely on edit and narrative construction.
We made a deliberate decision to avoid voiceover, using clean on-screen text and pacing to guide the viewer through the experience. This maintained simplicity and made the film immediately accessible, especially on social and mobile-first platforms.
Key moments of the booking process were carefully selected and sequenced to show functionality without exposing internal mechanics or overwhelming detail. The result was a film that feels confident, youthful and polished without trying too hard accompanied by an educational, in-depth demo to support sales and conversion. We delivered both video assets from UX exploration to final edits in 7 days.

Outcome
The hero video became Vacation Genie’s flagship asset at Bitcoin 2025, helping them stand out in a highly competitive sponsor environment. It drew consistent interest from attendees, supported their team in starting conversations quickly, and provided a polished, confident introduction to a new travel platform.
